This policy provides launch-ready guidance for Lumi-Vital orders. Final return windows, device condition requirements, and supplier terms should be confirmed with the administrator before launch.

Returns

Contact Lumi-Vital promptly if you need help with an order. Products must normally be returned unused, complete, and in original packaging unless a fault or supplier-approved exception applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to show the refund.

Wellness Devices

For hygiene, safety, and supplier-control reasons, opened wellness devices may be subject to additional return restrictions.
